Project AIM

To bring 120 Branches in a universal network of digital signage.

The main aim of this project was to install LCD Displays in all the 120 Branches of the bank and all these displays of the 120 branches should be controlled centrally. Banks as a system are very strict when it comes to the data and information security. Hence, Bitsy had to prove itself by getting the certificate.

The main Back office will be situated in Bandra Kurla Complex in Mumbai from where all the controls will be managed.

Steps taken for completing the project.

Firstly a software programme was developed for the digital displays in all the branches and that these displays can be operated and managed through a single back office. After the software was developed, a demo run of the software was taken place in the back office of the bank in Bandra Kurla Complex. An application was created for the easy usage of the process by the Head Office.

Vulnerability Application Present Test (VAPT) report was produced for the us. VAPT is a term used to describe security testing that is designed to identify and help address cyber security vulnerabilities. VAPT could include anything from automated vulnerability assessments to human-led penetration testing. That is why to have an VAPT report is very necessary for a company. Privacy is the main aspect of a business.

The software which was developed was then installed at all the servers of the branches of the bank and was linked to the main head office.

All the LED displays were labelled and were packed and couriered to the branches along with the configuration of the software.

The installation of the LED displays into the branches was done by the bank itself. All the displays were up and working and the software was a success as whatever content was needed to be shown on the display and was controlled through the back office.

Time taken to complete the project.

The total amount of time taken for this project was 5 months. In 5 months the complete project was developed and installed and was ready to use.

The Vulnerability report took around 1 month to come our way but we were finally able to do it.

The Software Application Development took around 2 months to be completed and ready to run. Controlling 120 displays through a single operating system was a tedious job but we were able to complete it within 2 months.

Difficulty faced completing the project

The main difficulty faced by us while completing the project was getting the Vulnerability Report. Vulnerability Report was one of the most tedious task to be completed and wanted a lot of efforts and a lot of follow up to do.

Measure taken to overcome the difficulties

But with our sheer determination and for providing our clients with utmost privacy and satisfaction we did not stop and were finally able to get the Vulnerability Report after one month.

Final Outcome

The final outcome turned out to be a successfully running and responding software which made it easier for the bank to show their advertisements in whichever branch they want from a single operating unit located in the back office. This particular software is a time changer and made it very easier for everyone to operate it and to attract more customers.
